Because there is no college in huge areas in the northern areas of Dewanganj, the girls of poor people in this area could not afford to spend writing due to lack of financial capacity after passing the middle school, the education would have ceased. The area was deprived of the light of higher education. In the 1980s, there was a dispute between the two groups, centered around the Sandanpuri Islamic Sr. madrassa located on the northern side of the market. As a result, a tin house was erected in the madrasa at the place of the present college. In 1984, the college was established in the hands of prominent people of the area and with the help of all the people, in the course of the temple, about 300 feet of semi-storied cottages were installed. In 2006, the Education Engineering subdivision built a triple building of 120 feet. Cooperative people in the area donated 11.195 percent of the land to the public.
